About the Program
The AMA Professional Overseas Exchange Program invites educators to go beyond observation — to experience how Montessori and other scientific, observation-based pedagogies are practiced in different cultural settings across Asia.
Each exchange is personally hosted by the AMA Country Representative and guided by AMA’s leadership team, ensuring a rich, professional engagement that transcends a typical school tour.
Participants will:
Visit carefully selected Montessori schools in Japan
Attend a private professional workshop led by AMA leaders and host educators and leaders
